We are proudly sensory-friendly and disability-inclusive. Your comfort, access needs, and boundaries matter here. Sessions can be adapted to your pace, your preferences, and what helps you feel safe and supported whether that means adjusting lighting, minimizing noise, taking breaks, or approaching the session in a way that works best for your body and mind.
